Information about your booking, photos and privacy.
Rescheduling
One date change is free with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. The booking remains valid for 6 months. Requests with less than 72 hours’ notice are reviewed case by case.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 7 days before the session for a full refund, or at least 72 hours before for a 50% refund. Later cancellations are normally non-refundable; genuine emergencies may be reviewed by Support.
If we cannot provide the session
If no photographer is available and you do not accept a proposed reschedule, you receive a full refund.
Weather
Weather does not automatically cancel a session. We may adapt the route, place or timing and will contact you if conditions may be unsafe.
Gallery privacy
Your gallery is private. You’ll choose from edited previews, then download your chosen photos without watermarks once your selection and any payment are complete. Sharing photos on our website or social channels is optional and requires your permission. You can withdraw permission through your Client Area or Support.
Cookies
Essential storage supports language, booking progress and authentication. Analytics and marketing scripts remain disabled until the matching consent is recorded.
